Jewellery not up to standard

Bought a diamond necklace with blue coating on the top. only 2 months when the coating came off and necklace was faded. They didn't want to take it back and want to charge me to fix it. This is not the first time that I had a problem with their jewellery.
On 22 Oct'13 I phoned their costumer care, the person who assists the customers was not there. I left a message for her to call me back, which she didn't. I sent her a email later the day about my concern and still no reply. On 23 Oct'13 I sent her an email once again and asked for her response. She replied at 12:30pm on the 23rd that I must wait 48 hrs for a reply...

This is bad service and bad products!!!
