On Sunday 18 August we sowed Ephraim in Dions store a silver fridge in the showroom and ask him if he have stock in the store room. Ephraim told us there is 6 units in stock and he promises to deliver the following day on 19th August.
Dion delivered a blue fridge and we told them this is not what we ordered and they must cancel the sale.
The manager Vernon is now passing the buck and trying to work around the problem.
We asked Vernon on 19 th August to come and collect the wrong colour fridge and cancel the sale.
