Unauthorised OTA Registration

On 22 August I received 3 SMS messages regarding OTA - 1 welcoming me to OTA, 1 thanking me for registering for OTA & 1 advising an Edgars Mobile PIN no. As I DID NOT REGISTER FOR OTA I tried calling the call centre - a fruitless exercise as I was not able to get through to anyone. So, I resorted to sending an e-mail - another hopeless exercise. I have sent a number of e-mails & have been bounced between the Edgars & OTA call centres which I eventually managed to get through to (neither side will take responsiblity & keep blaming the other). I have been given a reference number, a cancellation no AND even a reference no but have still seen no action or explanation from Edgars regarding my complaint & instruction to reverse the OTA registration. My last e-mail even advised Edgars that I would resort to posting a complaint on Hello Peter if the cancellation was not effected but bad publicity is clearly of no concern to them as to my horror the OTA registration is once again reflecting on my account. I am extremely annoyed at the way in which Edgars has handled this issue and even more so that it is due to a fault of theirs & I should not be wasting my time on this anyway
