I had a foschini account which i settled for the amount of R6411 24 April 2010 . after that i never received a call from foshini or any attorneys. i moved on with life thought i had no account. i am in the process of buying a house and that last month July 2013 there is a listing of R306.67 on my credit profile from foschini as an adverse.
How can this be i paid my account i never argued the fact i owed you and i paid,
Know you are ruining my life as i cant buy the house as you have listed me.
I called foshini spoke to Nazreen Refrence: 081332c4f she wasn't help-full she passed the buck and said the account was handed over 2008 and its not with foschini.
So i called again and asked to speak to a team leader and i spoke to Liezel Forbes who had an attitude problem
and i told he nicely please don't have an attitude i just need help cause i really don't understand. afterwards she listened and helped me. I need urgent feedback cause she told me a payment R 305.31 cents pain on 18/11/2009 was reveresed on 03 July 2010 and stayed on the account .. how can this be??? i am not to blame i paid my account and was told it was settled
