I have been trying to contact the Foschini Group Customer Services Centre for about three months now, concerning my subscription to the Foschini Club. I have sent emails via the website, emails to the customer services email address and have tried calling the call centre numerous times and have had to hang up the phone after still waiting to speak to a representative for about 10 minutes each time, and now one person has ever gotten back to me. All I get is automated system replies.
This is by far the worst service I have ever received.
