Account payment not reflecting on account

I went to pay for my account in May 2013 at Edgars Actve, Tramshed in Pretoria. since that time i have been receiving calls from Jet people that my account was not paid. apparently, that specific payment I did at Edgars Active, Tramshed is the one payment they never saw on their system but i have the receipt to prove the payment. I have been going to the Edgars Actve shop to ask but they just tell me that they logged calls and cant do anything else. now Jet is charging me interests for late payments and my credit record is being tarnished because of a poor service at the shop.
