Going the extra mile

We obtained a written quote from Makro, Centurion for a De Luxe High Back Chair and burgundy 3 piece executive trolley luggage set as advertised in the specials leaflet. We made our choice an were promised that the items would be reserved and stored for us for financial arrangements. Two days later we telephonically confirm that the items were still reserved for us, but today when we visit Makro the luggage set was not available anymore. The sales manager Me Prenita Singh took care of us -she talked to us whilst we waited for an extended time, for someone to phone other branches for that specific colour set. No branch could assist and she then offered her willingness for a different replacement set of the same colour which was acceptable to us. What could have been a nasty experience for us she managed into a positive shopping experience. One that will ensure our continued support!
