5th bad experience at Makro Silverlakes, Complained before but no improvement what so ever. Timothy and the luggage dept needs serious assistance. Second time in one month that I visited the dept... its chaos, all items on wrong shelf, no stock, let you wait for 15 min... The list goes on and on and on. I then phoned the care line on Friday the 31st to complain and Sipho told me they will get back to me... its Monday afternoon... still waiting. Call centre seems to have same standards as Silverlakes branch. Due to the fact that there was no response I will be going to the store to take some photos of the state of their wonderful luggage dept. And post them on FB and Twitter to see what other people out there think.
Did Makro lose their touch with the whole Massmart buy over... It seems so.
