I phoned Makro Germiston looking for a dvd. They did not have stock. I requested they arrange to get the dvd from another branch as I want to collect it today. They have stock of the dvd in Centurion. But they are unwilling to make arrangements to get it from Centurion to Germiston today. Does Makro not have sales representatives, logisitics, trucks, cars, staff with cars who can fetch the item and claim the petrol expense?
Why should the customer be punished / just wait through your processes which were not designed for exceptional customer care but to protect yourselves?
