We went to Makro Centurion to buy a new microwave, and a router, as advertised in the specials leaflet. Unfortunately there was a problem with the router on check out (the advertised special included a repeater as well-which was not included), and we had to consult with the sales manager -Malibongwe. From here on in, he took care of us -he talked to us, and waited with us for an extended time, for someone to fetch stock. Whilst waiting he even gave us product advice and helped us choose a microwave... thank you so much Malibongwe, your caring attitude turned what could have been a nasty experience for us, into a positive shopping experience -one that will ensure our continued support!! give that man a bells!
