Security check-point negligent - not truthful

I purchased a few items at Makro late on Saturday afternoon. The packer packed all the items into the trolley and must have left the Charcoal which I bought on the floor and did not put it into the trolley The goods was checked at the door and the security ticked all the items bought has being in the trolley. However, when I got home, I checked but found that the charcoal had not been placed in the trolley.

I did not go back or phone them as it might have been a wasted trip.

I would like to bring it to Makro's attention that there security check-out point is not truthful or thorough
