Items differing from each branch for same product

Hi,
I bought a 47 inch LG LM6410 on promotion at woodmead makro this weekend and referred my friend to buy the same TV from woodmead makro. When he went to buy there is no stock and went to centurion and bought the TV. Just a matter of two days difference on the same promotion.

When he opened the box he found 8 pairs of 3d glasses and a 3d Movie where i only got 4 pairs of 3d glasses with NO 3d movie. When i phoned the call center they connected me to woodmead and the guy was telling me that LG had their own promotion before and centurion had got the old stock and hence he got more.

How can you have the same model with less items? He is saying its LG who packed it like that and there is nothing he can do. If i buy an item from Makro south africa i would expect it to be the same across all branches especially when you are running a promotion across the country. How can you simply put the blame on other Supplier. As a customer i'm buying it from Makro not from LG. If i have issue i will complain it to Makro and not to LG. Makro and LG need to sort out in the best interest of customer which i see is not happening.
