On saturday 17 august my wife went shopping at baby city, value mall, boksburg.
On paying via debit card, their machine did not let the transaction through, but my wife got an sms
Stating that the money went out of the account, and 3 minutes later the same transaction went through AGAIN!
Upon phoning them today, the manager told me that it is MY responsibilty to go to the bank and do a reversal
Transaction! After arguing with her, we went to the bank, where we got told by the BANK that it is not out
Responsibilty to deal with this, as it is baby city who should give back the funds.
Then, upon phoning baby city to let them know what the bank said, we had no answer!
Phoning them (counted) 21 TIMES with NO answer! (In working hours!)
We will NOT be supporting them EVER AGAIN! Their staff are incompotent!!
