On the 28th of June I woke up to an sms saying that money has been paid from my account to MTN... seeing as I'm not in any way a client of MTN I immediately phoned to have the unauthorized debit order reversed only to be told that I need to phone Standard bank to reverse the transaction. I phoned Standard Bank and they weren't able to help me. So I've been phoning FNB everyday only to get told that they're too busy to answer their phones. How much trouble does a person have to go through just to get her money back? Should it really be THAT difficult to reverse a transaction or are you too busy upgrading your systems to even notice that debit orders are being paid by people who never signed for it??

I've tried phoning, emailing even messaging on FNB's facebook page. Thanks to Mr RB Jacobs for trying but I'm still not getting my money back >:/ And I don't think I will if your phones are left unanswered. I believe waiting 20 minutes for someone to pick up is enough don't you?
