I tried calling through to Foschini's new account services only to be informed by the teleprompter of their business and I must try calling back during business hours and the call was terminated. This happened three times before I was able to get through to another department who said that they would transfer me back and I informed them that if I got hung up on again that I would complain. I was on hold for a minute and a half and the call was cut again. This is unacceptable because since when is a whole department not working at between 13:30 and 13:45 on a day? All wanted to find out is why our when trying to register on their website I am getting the most useless remarks and now I can't even access their call centre. It's pathetic.
