Susanda at the call centre informed me to go to the Police and complete an Affidavit, which I did. I took all the forms to Randridge Mall and spoke to Lungive who informed me that my card was cloned and that they will Investigate and sort this out. She also promised that they will not deduct the amount from my Debit Order as this is. Now today they send me an SMS confirming that they are going to deduct the amount from my account. Foschini's call centre is useless and you hold on forever and no one seems to be Interested in helping me. I have contacted my Attorneys for Legal Opinion and will hold Foschini Liable for all costs incurred. is here someone at this faceless Institution that can assist me sorting their own Internal out?!?!?!?!
