13 days without Internet Access to Business accoun

Firstly I was in FNB Menlyn for 2 and half hours, just to open a new business account, because FNB does not have a business section for business owners/CEO's/Directors - we all have to sit and waste our time in the bank.
Secondly I got my Business online access card and was informed that the card had been activated. I went back to the office to register my online access details but I could not register as the error message indicated that the card was cancelled.By this time the bank was closed, I phoned them the following morning to inform them that the card had been cancelled, but they could not help me over the phone and again I had to go to the bank, another 1 hour wasted and still no success. Today is day 13 - and I still do not have business online access. If I do not follow up with FNB, I do not get any response back.
