I finished paid this account last year. Confirmed it with Foshini finance department. No mention of this account being handed over. Now I have attorney calling me requesting the balance and more. I think this is UNPROFFESIONAL SERVICE. Foschini accepted my settlement. I confirmed and it is settled. I do not know what kind of business behaviour this is. It is unethical. I will be forwarding this complaint to the ambudsman.
I want this SORTED out... 0861772265. These attorneys have me down as not paid at all. When I forwarded this documentation (Proof of payment to Foschini) I have a figure od R3443.47 which is WRONG. I do not owe FOSCHINI or any other attorneys AT ALL...
