SMEG BAD QUALITY

I bought a brand new SMEG free standing stove. Had a gas line fitted and had the stove installed.
The body work of the product is flimsy. The front was totally loos. I called them and the sent a technician out. He unscrewed the panel and with a pliers proceed to bend the strip below. He then said all the stoves are like this. They had done 3 panel beating jobs on this brand new product It looks like a crinckle cut chip under the surface.

It improved the fitting a bit but not completely. I also complained about the back splash only to be told that's how it is. Anyway they sent out a technician on 3 occasions to fixed the panel. They last time i was told that's the best its going to get.. I have sent the e-mails (the last wast never replied to. It was also implied the what was I to expect from buying a cheaper stove. Let me just say the as far as the cheap goes. its all in their workmanship and quality. I also paid R 4000.00 more than their competitors product. so the only thing that cheap is there attitude. I can point more faults and the longer they leave it the more i pick up faults, SMEG is not that quality it supposedly claims to be
