Bad after sale service from Smeg

I report to Ismael's furniture about 2 months ago that the igniter system on my stove did not work. They report it to Smeg in Johannesburg and they send a technician out and on his arrival he said they gave him the wrong information and that thy will order the correct part and come to Middelburg to install it. After 3 weeks I report it again to Ismael's that nothing happened and they contact Smeg again. Nothing happened and I report it to Ismael's again and phone Smeg myself and they confirm that they will follow up. On the 9 of May I phone Smeg again and report the problem, and they phone me on the 13th of May and said they had order the part and let me know when they will come to install it. I phone them again after a week and it were the same story. It is the 23th of May about 2 months after I report the fault and nothing happened. Disappointed customer Koos Booyens
