Damaged goods and poor service

I called Vision 2000 on the 28 Feb 2013 looking for a red refrigerator from LG.I spoke to a sales lady by the name of Jennifer who was very nice - now i understand why. She promised to seek for the fridge and come back to me. In less than an hour she called to say LG does not have Red fridges but convinced me to but SMEG which i then agreed. She then called to say she communicated with SMEG SA and they indicated that they only have one fridge available. She then indicated that she will place an order for that one on condition that i come and pay for the refrigerator which was R 21, 999. I then mentioned to her that i will only give them R 10, 000 as a deposit andwill pay the balance on delivery of the fridge which she mentioned was in 5 days. I kept my promised and paid the deposit. In less than 3 days Jennifer called to say that SMEG delivered a fridge with a door defect and they said that it can be fixed and will give me a discount of R 800, 00 otherwise i have to wait for the new stock which will only be available in April. I said to her that i rather wait and she then called to say SMEG said the new price will be more by R 3, 000 but she then said to them that im not willing to pay
