I took my wedding dress to The Bridal Place for what is called "Professional Cleaning" in order for the dress to be preserved. This happened in May 2012.
Not only was the dress not properly cleaned (it still had some brown on the seams which I managed to handwash), but:
1) I did not get my whole dress back!! The back of the dress was not with the dress when it was given back and even though they admitted that they still had it in their posession, they where not willing to give it back!! We tried phoning on 3 telephone numbers provided, getting hold of him sometimes, but all empty promises and even after visiting the premises, no luck! One last call out of desperation ended in Marius screaming at me that it was our job to check up on him! (Advising customers NOT to trust him? What every bride fears!?)
2) The dress came back with a rust stain which is impossible to fix as the dress is made from silk/tafetta. Therefore ruining the dress!
The attention to detail and care lacking from this service provider renders them completely useless and a danger to your property.
