I moved to Gauteng at the end of June (2013) and would no longer be able to receive my statements posted to my original postal address, hence I switched (supposedly) to e-statements. I enabled this option before I left Cape Town. Since then I have not received my statements as requested. Upon my recent trip back home, I saw I had received a letter stating that my credit limit had been reduced and my account handed over to a collection agency due to non-payment, neither of which is my fault. I still have not received a single e-statement and also my promised debit order has not materialized. I have been to various Woolworths Branches, to get this resolved.
I emailed Woolworths FS Complaints, received one email in response and noting further since, (this was last Saturday). Still no e-statement, still no debit order and no further response/follow-up from Woolworths.
