WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER - PART 2

So as I had just spent 3 hours in the shop the same lady who was to do my paper work for credit calls - she claims I short paid the shop by R100 - I mean what the, i was in the shop for so long, she never said anything plus I counted the money twice and so did she. I look in my purse and get confirmation that I handed her the correct amount. Anyways delivery was promised by Mon & latest Tues, it is Wed afternoon now and still nothing. I then call to query and am told that the warehouse is not dealing with customers today and only truck drivers until further notice. I am extremely frustrated now & the store manager does not seem to be bothered at all. I have food items sitting in my sink awaiting a fridge. I want to advise people how "customer service at Joshua Doore Boksburg" does not exist. I have questioned myself why is buying furniture cash such a drag- could it be my age, race or income? what ever it is, it is not right and something should be done about it. I for one will never step foot in any Joshua Doore store as their service levels are very far from satisfactory!
Thank you Joshua Doore for spoiling my first "furniture purchasing" experience - I shall never recommend you
