I arrived at the store woolworths mega city umlazi to change shoes that had been purchased the day before because it was the wrong size, when I arrived at customer services the lady told me they couldn't change them because it had been already worn, whilst explaining the manager desiree crawage that I tried the shoes at home only she gave me bad attitude that she will not change the shoes for me nor will she give me the correct size, she then asked security to remove me from the premises of the store, since when do I come complain about what I don't like about the product and then im told to be removed by the security?? im so angry and disappointed
