I am so disgusted with people like your employee, Joseph, he is the person who was assisting us the day I sent my colleague. Someone from Jet called me to say that I must go collect my belonging at the shop now Joseph was so rude and when I asked him to call the manager he refused and he told me that Aubrey the store manager is way to busy and he does not have time for things like these... Joseph needs to work on his attitude because I asked him more than once that my colleague must talk to the store manager he refused and kept interrogating me with questions like who called me, why, and am I sure they work for jet and if I have proof, he l gave hm the no and I told him that I have an email and he still refused! He is very rude and just beyond rude!
