I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCES SUCH POOR AND DISTASTEFUL SERVICE AT SUCH A WELL KNOWN RETAILER.YESTERDAY 15.8 I PURCHASED ITEMS AT THE NEWCASTLE STORE.AT THE TILL POINT THE CASHIER COULDNT COME RIGHT WITH MY DEBIT CARD AS THE MASCHINE SAID " AUTHORISE PAN". I TOLD THE LADY THAT THEIR MACHINES ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM BUT SHE SAID ITS NEW.SHE THEN CALLED THE SUPERVISOR.I HAVE NEVER MET SUCH A RUDE WOMEN EVER.AND FOR THE POSITION SHE HOLDS SHE CERTAINLY HAS NO CUSTOMER SKILLS.MAKES ONE WONDER HOW DID SHE GET THAT POSITION.ALL SHE SAID WAS SHE CANNOT HELP ME AND I MUST LEAVE THE GOODS.BEING EMBARRSSED IN FRONT OF A QUE OF CUSTOMERS, I OBVIOUSLY PRODUCED ANOTHER CARD AND IT WENT THGROUGH PERFECTLY.I HAVE AN EXCESS OF R200 000.00 IN MY FIRST ACCOUNT.BUT OBVIOUSLY YOUR SUPERVISOR DIDNT CARE TO LOOK INTO HER MACHINE.IS THIS THE DISGUSTING SERVICE YOU ADVERTISE.I AMY JUST BE ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT PNP DONT NEED.BUT LET ME ASSUSRE YOUR STAFF ARE DISGUSTING AT THE TOWN BRANCH OF PICK N PAY IN NEWCASTLE.PLEASE ASK THEM TO GET THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR KNOWLEDGE UPDATED.HHOPEFULLY MANAGEMENT DOES SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
