Bad service

On the 20/092013 at about 18:30 i purchased a few items from pick and pay, when paying for my good i had a problem with my debit card and was unable to swipe for my goods, i then informed the cashier the cashier that i will go withdraw the funds from the ATM and return to pay for my purchase, upon my return i was told that my items were taken back to the selves as they cannot leave the goods unattended for more the 15-Min (gone for -Min) when i mentioned to the cashier that i wasn't gone for that long she said she knows and that she is not the one who put the goods away. she then however called the person (Zanele who was responsible for returning the goods she literally ignore us and carried on doing what she was busy doing.
I found this very rude and unprofessional as that is not how u treat a customer, not matter what time of the day it is the service rule should apply at all times. One things for sure i will no longer shop at pick n pay retail park east London
