Continuous disgusting customer service!

Today was just the final straw in the Sea Point branch. I recently moved back to Sea Point and work across the road from Pick n Pay so its a matter of convenience going there - today was the very last day though! I will spend my money at Woolworths from now on even if they are more expensive. I went in an hour ago to purchase items from the bakery. I was acknowledged by literally a head nod with an attitude of absolute disinterest by a lady called Robyn Lee behind the bakery counter. I asked for what I needed which were 2 different items which greatly inconvenienced her. Throughout all this she did not speak one word to me. I wasn't greeted, asked if I needed anything else or thanked. When she handed it all to me I asked her what happened to customer service and greeting customers as she clearly wasn't interested in helping me, to which she replied arguing with me that she did in fact greet me!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! This was just one of many times that I have been in this branch where staff treat customers in this fashion and frankly it's unacceptable! Pick n Pay... you have lost me as a customer forever. My money will be spent where I am acknowledged!
