Wanted to purchase clothes at the Edgars branch in Kroonstad. Went to the top floor to pay, then was send to the downstairs till as they to not do payments at the top cashier. Stood in the row to purchase, got in front ant the cashier tells me I need to pay at the cashier on the top floor. How pathetic is it that they do not want to assist you when paying cash or is it that they do not know their own job description. Sorry not buying their again. Edgars I think your staff needs training again, so that they can know what is going on in their own branches. Please train them properly. It is really frustrating when you want to purchase and the staff does not want to assist you.
