I`m really frustrated with regards to the service, I requested for a settlement letter to settle the account which was given to me, I settled the whole balance given to me. To my surprise when I check on my ITC profile that the account is still on an opened status. When I phoned the call centre I was told the account was handed over to legal department because it has a R61.20 outstanding, I was shocked because to my understanding the account was supposed to be closed.
Can anyone clarify where the misunderstanding was as I`m in a process of applying for a bond and cannot afford to have bad judgement on my profile
