I sent Game a query on Thursday night via email and I did not have high hopes since several times before when I sent emails to other companies I never got an answer or maybe a couple of days later. However, I was surprised when Rina Taute answered my query very early on Friday morning as well as a next email shortly thereafter. She said that she would arrange with the Vereeniging branch to send me a quotation for the service I asked for. Even before 12:00 I received the quotation from Riaan Kasselman. I am really pleasantly surprised by the quick service.
