Since last year the 17 August, the problem became worse after it was linked wrongly again, my card was even blocked without notifying me, just got embarrased over the counter at The Glen Shopping and I was told that dont know why is it blocked. I went to Southgate again jsut to issu me with the new card for me to use my points and close the account Alex and Karabo where just struggling saying the system is down. Customer Service in Edgards stores is horrible, the said Ionly have points that amounting to R26 only it is nothing I could just see that I am waisting their time. They couldn't help I even left and did not care.
