I got a cash card when it was just launched (sometime last year I think) I completed the form at your Southgate branch and I have been using it ever since. Last week a friend of mine was talking about how she got her purchase of nearly R1000-00 free with her double points, so I queried my points just to be informed that my card is not linked. So I have been using my card at Edgar's and Jet's for the past yr and none of your cashiers had the decency to inform me of this? So are you telling me I am just supposed to be the looser of all that points after spending a little fortune?? Seeing that you have employed staff with a don't care attitude, don't make this my problem. You are going to resolve this matter, and don't tell me that there is nothing that you can do about it, it's not my fault but the fault of your disinterested staff. I await to hear how you are planning on resolving this matter. Disgruntled customer!!!
