Almost 4 weeks without a tv!

Bought a 39inch full hd led sinotec. I don't have alot of knowledge of tv's. Asked the guy if it's a good make. He said yes. Well obviously he can't say no.paid cash.took the tv home and set it up.tv worked fine at first, .i had it for just more than a month and then i started experiencing problems.wanted to watch a movie but it did'nt want to switch on.red light kept on flickering and screen remained black.i touched the frame gently and the screen starts to flicker and it went on.next day same thing. took it to makro.explained my problem.they sent it away to sinotec.after a week they phoned me and said they tested it in store and it worked.so i'm lying.they said the next day it will be sent away.screen was also loose in corner.phoned them a few times.empty promises everytime. I told them, no repairs, no sinotec, no credit note. Hard earned cash plz.till date it's more than 3 weeks.no tv and paying dstv. I demand my cash.will never buy anything at makro.return policy and customer services up to .paying dstv for the fun this month.easy to sell stuff, but when there is problems.this is what you get as a customer.burn the stupid tv and give my money.makro is costing me money."KIND REGARDS".
