Different prices on shelves and till

On Sunday July 21st I took PnP 750ML Antibacterial Citrus dish washing liquid whose shelve price was R9.99. When I got home I happened to check my receipt slip and to my horror I had paid R15.99. I have on a previous occasion filled a complaint online directly for the same store regarding incorrect prices at shelves to which I never got a response.
