After a few weeks (not even a full month) my brand new SINOTEC 50"LCD TV is broken! It has sound, but now picture. A R5499 waste of money. We took it back to Makro Cape Gate. They refuse to exchange it for a new TV. They even had the cheeck to tell me I have bought another tv that day, so I can watch that one. They said they'll send someone from SINOTEC to fix the TV at my home. Keep in mind, their trip to my home will cost them lot, since we live in a very remote town. What happended to customer service and product axchange it it broke withing the warrantee time? They said they could only exchange it, if it broke within 14 days. I couldn't find tht clause on the slip? And since when do you only have a 14 day return policy?
