Extremely bad service and from Woolworths

I purchased online on the Woolworths site - groceries, plus a R1000 gift voucher.
I gave the recipient the voucher, however, he went shopping, only to arrive at the til, and the value on the
voucher is zero. This is bad enough.

I called the contact centre, spoke to Tina, who promised to call back. - she never did.
The next day, I called back - she couldn't even remember the call, so proceeded to about "the store investigating" BLATANT since it was an online purchase.
She had an extremely bad attitude so I asked to speak to her manager.

She kept me on her line for a while until I was furious and demanded a manager.

THe next person to take my call, pretending to be the manager, was not!! Tina, and she, and she
only admitted to it when I lost my temper.

Finally I spoke to a manager, Stanley, at 9:37am. I was furious by then and he didn't even apologise for the disgusting manner in which his staff treated me. He too promised to phone me IMMEDIATELY, and its now 1:17pm, and Ive called back twice, without ever being able to reach him.

Besides their disgusting behavior, and terrible way they treated me, they have also R1000 from me, and I demand this back
