I ordered white orchids from Woolworth's Cape Gate Branch about four weeks ago. On Monday, 05/08 I got a call from Connie at Cape Gate, who advise that they've received the Orchid, however, not in the colour I requested. He undertook to see if he could source from other branches. He called back to following day to advise that he could unfortunately not find any at other branches. The same day I walked into Tyger Valley Branch and immediately sourced 6 plants. Subsequent to this, I had to drive to five different branches and eventually got all fourteen plants. The price of the plants that we wanted was initially R149, however they were all marked down to R129. On Thursday, 08/08 I called on Plattekloof branch to collect my last plant, however was then charged R149. How can one branch charge a different price then all the other branches. There answer to this was that they never received the communication re the marked down price. This just blows my mind. My complaint is therefore that Woolworths Cape Gate unfortunately dropped the ball in their level of service as well as the difference in price for the same item from one branch to the other. WOOLWORTHS - PLEASE EXPLAIN
