Over 2 weeks ago I visited Cape Gate mall for a baby cot. They were out of stock and referred me to the Tygervalley branch. I went there 2 days later to find that all the stock they had of this cot was damaged. I contacted Cape Gate again to speak to store manager who promised me that he will have the cot I want transfered from the Somerset West branch and it will only a week. After a week I called to follow up to find that the store manager has gone on leave and has not told anyone else in the store about the cot. So car I have heard nothing. I am highly disappointed in the service I am getting. I am a valued customer frequently supporting their stores as well as online.
My baby is due any day now and her room has no cot thanks to the incompetent staff at Mr Price Home Cape Gate.
I will be closing my account with this retailer. Im sure my business will be much more appreciated else where.
