Inconvenience to customer - incorrect price

PnP advertised the 900g All Gold Jam for R14.00. When the cashier scanned it, I noted that it scanned R15.00

The price on the rack also stated R14 and no stock was available- a merchandiser found a lost tin and gave it to me.

I notified the cashier of the price difference and she sent another staff member to check the price- without telling me what is happening now, they just changed the price to R13, again no communiaction to me what the resolution is/was.

The last time I had the same experine at a PnP store- I was informed that they will check the price- they came back from the isle and said the price is incorrect- gave the item free.

What is going on Cape Gate's customer service? If this is the service you render I will not buy from the respective branch again!
