I always look at the specials on the website before I go the store. I was on vacation in Ballito so I visited the Woolworths in Ballito Mall. The special items were not marked as per the price on the website so I took it to the till to query the price, the item was not on special. The branch did not want to give me special price as they stated they don't offer the same prices as bigger chains as they were a franchise store and did not carry all items under the " Eat in for R150" special, therefore no items were on special. Surely by operating under the Woolworths name, the store needs to carry the same specials as all other Woolworths?? I am really disappointed in not getting over a R100 in discounts at the branch. This branch should not be trading as the stock levels are also low and they don't stock majority of the products. I'm glad the branches in Woodmead and Sanridge are fully stocked and the service is very good.
