Not getting back to customers

Good day Hello Peter

I was on 20 December in Cape Gate Branch to apply for credit because of there december arrangement that first payment will only be in march. I send sms to 32873 so that i have quick credit check done. Monday 23 December Call Centre Consultant Phone My Manager to confirm employment and call me to get all the info they need. They came back yesterday 27 December to tell me i have been approved. Very Happy i went to Cape Gate Branch and i want to get the things from the branch that i have or der. And they told me i could not have the discounted price for items anymore because has past the 25th and i also will not get payment option of march.
Know i ask you who in the fault here? I applied 20 Dec Credit Cfheck Done 23 Dec still all before 25 Dec.
But i only been informed 27 Dec. And Toto lady also need to come back to me but never did.

This worse service i have ever received quess house and home do not need my money probably made enough and i just one customer that they lose so why care. But i have spend R40 000 already previously at other branches.
