NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 12/08/2013 i went to the richards bay branch to pay my account of in full, i took time of work and went in store so i get there and swiped my debit card of R1000.00 And the lady at the counter told me it declined but i received an sms on my phone that they had taken out the R1000.00 From my account, so the lady says theres nothing they can do i have to get a bank statement, so i paid the R418.00 in cash because my total owing was R1418.00 on the account. i then phoned my bank and they told me to go back and re-swipe my card which i did and i got a receipt that my account is paid in full and current balance is: R-0.54, TODAY i received an sms that they haven't received payment. and i phoned customer service and they said i must go back to the store and show my receipt because they havent updated there system... i mean that not on. if you dont pay your account on time they keep phoning for there money, and when you do pay you have endless drama. plus the customer service is very bad, they dont even assist by calling speedpoint to find out if the payment went thru or not, im very unhappy about this.
