I received a foshini card via my post office last year decemeber dont remember the date. i accepted it, called the customer service, my account was apporoved immediately on the phone, they told me i can take that card with a ref no and id and go to any store to activate it. i did that, and made purchases . i was left with availabel credit of R1000 something or so. i made a payment this year 6 jan, the receit now said i had available credit of R0.00. now today i get a statement it shows that i have available credit of R2083.00, then i reliased that this people are playing with my mind let me call the customer service, now the customer service says my account has been blocked they need a three months bank statement and proof of res . i asked the lady why do they need it, when they sent me this card and when they approved my account why didnt they ask for it but only one. i have collegues and friends who have accounts at foshini i have never heard them saying they required bank statement. i will not sent it. They can close that account i will pay the remaining balance are agreed if they want to close it. im not happy with the service at all. my account no is: 0010010001022879832
