Credit card unathorised debit my savings account

On the 15th October 2013 I received my UIF payment as I'm unemployed for the last 7months and Fnb knows about this as I have informed them. After payment for electricity online, at exactly 10:17 Fnb debited R2000 from my smart account without letting me know. I went to the nearest branch in montana and I was told that the credit card division debit my account. I was told that I must call the customer service which I did and I was told my account is owing and they sent me a section 129 letter which I never received. I told them i made arrangements but they said they won't refund the money or any portion thereof. I begged them to return R1000 so that I can be able to pay rent and buy food for my 7month old baby. They refused any plea from me. Thank you to fnb my landlord has thrown me out, me and my baby have no place to stay. All I asked from fnb was to take R1000 and refund me R1000 just to have a roof over my head. FNB service, I will be taking my account to a bank that will be sensetive to my need.
