Myself and husband visited the branch to purchase a car seat for our little one before she arrived. I was helped by Rajnah. I was promised a call back the next day, it never happened and when I had to call in, I Wasted 2 LONG calls, only to be told no one has the SLIGHTEST IDEA OR WAS EVEN INTERESTED IN HELPING. No stock or apparent warehouse that had the car seat I was supposed collect the next day. On top of that she cost me an xtra R200 bcz she gave me incorrect info, when i explicitly asked her if she was sure. 8 months pregnant expecting to get proper service in a store that supposedly caters..I have worked in the service industry for years and know exactly how to deliver it and its not rocket science! Clearly they are not customer centric, otherwise they would actually care about the staff they employ!!! Complete and utter pathetic service. Disgusted, I will never purchase there ever again, nor my family or friends.
