Hazard - car seat

My husband and I prebooked an infant car seat months prior to our holiday. We arrived in Durban to be told they gave our car seat away and they don't have any others in stock. Eventually they found a car seat that I would put a doll in. Totally unsafe that they should be sued for even keeping a seat like that. When I refused to put my baby in the seat which 2 employees agreed and admitted they wouldn't put their child in, I insisted they phone the manager Rene Anderson who was on holiday and told me I can take what there is otherwise there's nothing they can do. My husband has now had to go to the shop to buy one and I have waited at the airport for 4 hours with a 5 month baby.
