On the 25th of November, I went to the store to purchase a ring for my Husband's birthday (27 Nov). I wanted to buy a Tsar Titanium ring because I believed it was the strongest type that would be available. When I asked for that kind of ring, I was told that it would bend too easily (I found out later from my husband and your website that that info is incorrect). I was then persuaded to buy a stainless steel ring. Needless to say the info was incorrect and your staff do not know their metals very well to be advising people on them. I then had to take time off work again and at 7 months pregnant had to drive to Woodmead to return the ring the very next day (26 Nov)! I asked for the ring I originally wanted, but the size was out of stock. Gave the sales lady my details so she could urgently find out for me it was available anywhere else. She never got back to me. I then had no gift to give my husband for his birthday. I then called the manager to complain and she said she would follow up. I am still waiting for her call back and today is the 3rd of Dec!!! You have useless staff that care nothing about client services. I will not be purchasing jewelry from there again. Disgused
