Two weeks ago I purchased 4 items from the store located in Fourways.
My purchase is: Black 3 seat couch, Black 2 seat couch, Black 1 seat couch and a coffee table.
I requested that deliveries should only take place on weekends and was assured that this would not be a problem. After two weeks, I called the branch twice on saturday to find out what had happened to my purchase, they did not know either time but promised to call me back. They did not. I called again on sunday and received the exact same service.
By this stage I was extremely frustrated. I called again on Monday (today) and found that my coffee table had gone "missing" I suppose it was sold to another client. The sales consultant who sold me the items, after much debating, said to me that I would not be refunded for the table but that it would make up the delivery fee.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ORGANISATION!!!
